Allergy information:
- All of our curds currently contain butter and whole eggs.
- Our Mincemeat contains butter and almonds.
- Some of our chutneys contain almonds (please refer to ingredients list on product label or check with us first).
- Our Thai Sweet Chilli sauce contains fish sauce and distilled malt vinegar.
Storage instructions:
As we aim to let the flavour of the fruit burst through we reduce the amount of sugar used in making our preserves.
Once opened we recommend that each jar and bottle be kept in the refrigerator.
For curds, however, we recommend that they are refrigerated as soon as possible.
