We are a small artisanal jam manufacturer based in the East Midlands producing fresh seasonal artisanal preserves, fruit spreads, chutneys, condiments, mincemeats and relishes, using reduced amounts of sugar allowing the real taste to burst through.
Our exotic and rustic creations are all handmade and produced in small batches with ingredients from, wherever and whenever possible, locally and ethically sourced suppliers, being mindful of the environment and using minimal processed or refined preserving agents.
Our inspirations come from family traditions, experimentations, and our love of homegrown tasty treats to accompany a wide variety of dishes.
